Because our primary offerings consist of custom digital business assets (Website Design & Development) and custom marketing fulfillment services (Google Ads Management), our terms for cancellations, changes, and refunds are structured according to project phases and platform distribution.

1. Nature of Our Services

Please note that Wolf Incorp LLC produces customized digital assets and live marketing strategies. Because we do not ship physical inventory, standard merchandise physical returns do not apply to any of our services. All requests for updates, project holds, closures, or credit adjustments are bound by the service parameters detailed below.

2. Website Development Cancellation & Refund Terms

Before Work Commences: If you submit a project cancellation request in writing before any operational layout setup, discovery briefs, or development architecture has begun, you are eligible for a full 100% refund of your initial development fee.
In-Progress Milestones: Once project discovery is approved, layout architectures are finalized, or custom coding is underway, any approved refunds will be distributed on a pro-rata baseline. This is strictly calculated according to the development labor and design hours completed up to the date of formal cancellation notification.
Post-Delivery Support: Once the completed website is fully deployed, optimized, and delivered onto your designated hosting infrastructure or domain, the service is classified as fully rendered and completed. Consequently, completed website builds are non-refundable.

Operational Policy Note: Because Wolf Incorp LLC operates as a digital service provider rather than a physical retailer, we do not issue physical return packaging, return labels, or restorative delivery provisions.

3. Google Ads Management Policy

Google Ads configurations are provided as ongoing marketing services. The terms governing these accounts include:

Management Fees: Monthly management optimization fees are invoiced and applied to active campaign setups. These architectural alignment services are non-refundable once individual month cycles have begun. You may cancel your optimization agreement at any time prior to the initialization of the next billing milestone cycle.
Direct Advertising Spend: All advertising budgets deployed directly inside your ad layouts go straight to Google’s real-time ad network auction marketplace. Wolf Incorp LLC does not hold, absorb, or process your active ad spend capital, and we have no authority to issue refunds or clawbacks for budgets consumed directly inside Google Ads.
